Debra Crook, FNP-C
Debra Crook is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners
, and licensed by the state of Texas to provide family-centered healthcare to patients five years and older. She is dedicated to promoting healthy lives through wellness visits, preventative care, and early detection of illness.
Debra has dedicated over 30 years to excellent patient care providing care to several departments including Labor and Delivery, Surgical Services, Emergency Services Telemetry, and the Intensive Care Unit. She later provided care in the Urgent Care Center where she examined, assessed, diagnosed, treated, and collaborated with emergency physicians to provide patients with the best possible care.
In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Debra also has an outstanding academic background that includes a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch - School of Nursing.
As a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Debra provides primary care at the Lake Road Family Medicine Center in Lake Jackson. Debra and her team at the Family Medicine Center work with their patients to build a positive health experience in a warm, home-like environment that creates a welcoming feel.
